I’m Lewis Busch-Vogel and I am an avid tinkerer, roboticist, and creator. I began with hobby-grade remote control vehicles, which grew into custom 360 degree aerial photography solutions, home-built racing drones, and my own real estate photography business. I took the skills I learned in my free time into the classroom where I studied mechanical engineering and computer science at Tufts University.
During my time at Tufts, I continued my electromechanical hobbies and honed my fabrication, design, and coding skills. Notable projects include a hot tub built from scratch and an automated syringe capping device. After working for 2 years in industry I am now working towards completing a Master’s in Robotics through the school of Aerospace Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology. Through my studies I intend to gain hands on experience with intelligent systems and robust aerial robots.
I am actively pursuing mechanical and robotics engineering internships for the summer of 2026 in the aerospace and automation industries. I am eager to apply what I have learned and continue to learn and grow as a driven engineer. Please feel free to explore my portfolio if you are interested in the details of my work, and thank you very much for stopping by.
